This was first imported directly from Russia, and it remains a favorite! An old beefsteak-type, weighing about 10 oz., with fruits of the most beautiful deep yellow color. The flavor is unusual and unlike virtually any other American variety - it's best described as a citrus taste. Indeterminate. Fairly early here in Wisconsin.
