Cayenne long slim
These are
the smaller slim cayenne peppers.
They start green then turn bright red. These are somewhat earlier than
the big ones. Can be used for ristras (the dried pepper strings) if
picked fully red and you have dry enough conditions. Fairly early
producer.Large plant, about a 7.5 heat on the 1-10 scale.
