Ancho San Luis
Great Ancho for the mid-west growing
area. I've had problems finding anchos that consistantly do well in a
hot summer, but this one is better than most any others. Lots of medium
hot wide peppers for Rellenos. Known as Poblanos when fresh or Ancho
when dried.
