Cisineros Tomatillo
Incredibly
large tomatillo . Very productive. This is easily twice the
size of most tomatillos. Fruit have a papery husk that splits
open as they mature. Use in the bright green stage for the
tartest flavor, or allow to ripen further for a sweeter taste.
These are like the huge tomatillos you find in the grocery
stores now days. Use in the green stage for Salsa Verde or
when yellow for compote or jam.
