Green Doctors

Green Doctors - Named in honor of Drs. Carolyn Male and Amy Goldman. A Green When Ripe variety. Pick when the shoulder of the fruit shows some yellow but not too much or it will be soft. A very good fruity tasting variety. Not at all sharp tasting as Green Zebra is. Very productive. I like this one a lot.
