Peak of Perfection

Peak of Perfection - Old variety gotten out of the USDA seed bank by Craig LeHoullier. Nice pink slicer. The card in the pics shows how awful my tag writing is, as DH mistook Peak for Pork. That and the fact that we grow many varieties from Wild Boar Farms which uses Pig names for many of them.
